Eating and its negative impact on the body:-
Unhealthy food is food that does not provide the body with the appropriate quantities of different types of food resources that allow the body to take advantage of the full energy provided to it through this food. The food diet common to individuals - in the United States of America for example - includes many calories,  That is, beyond what the body needs and its ability to metabolize and burn it, and a few vegetables and fruits that help in achieving a feeling of satiety without providing an excess of calories, in addition to that, there are some foods that lead to causing medical problems more than others, and therefore must  A person seeks to obtain healthy food as possible to avoid excess weight and the health problems caused by it.

Some Examples for the unhealthy foods:-
Examples of eating and drinking unhealthy saturated fats, foods and oils rich in cholesterol, such as: palm kernel oil, animal fats, avoiding excessive consumption of red meat, and high-fat foods.  Alcoholic drinks. In addition to their sanctity, they cause cirrhosis of the liver and many diseases.  Soft drinks and juices sweetened with artificial sugar.  Very salty food, or foods sweetened with artificial sugar, because of salt and sugar.
