The concept of administrative process:-
It is the explanation and use of the resources available to the individual and the community in a way that ensures the achievement of the desire goals.

The structure of the administrative process:-
1- Targets
2- Planning
3- Organisation
4- Implementation
5- Evaluation

First: Targets
Targets are the specific goals to be achieved.

 Types of targets:-
1- Short-term goals:- Goals to be achieved in a short period of time.

Long-term goals:- Goals to be achieved in the distant future.

Group goals:- They are the goals that relate to the interest of a group of individuals linked by the goals themselves.

Individual goals:-  The goals that are related to the interest of a member of the family are special goals.

Second: Planning
An intellectual stage that precedes Implementation and includes a series of decision related to the future.

Why planning?
- Clarity of vision and goals setting.
- Optimized use and capabilities.
- Define the priority.
- For controlling implementation problems.

Third: Organizations
It includes renewing steps, jobs to be accomplished, and materials that must be met to achieve the goals.

Fourth: Implementation
A stage where decisions turn into actions and the plane turns into results

Fifth: Evaluation
The evaluation defines the extent of failure or success in achieving goals.

The importance of the Evaluation:-
- Know the weaknesses
- Set new goals
- Convert some verbs to a routine.
