Decision taking concept:-
The process by which decision is committed.

Type of decision:-
1- Usual decisions
2- Easy decisions
3- Difficult decisions
4- Decisive decision

Strong people find it difficult to make fateful decisions, while it is difficult for the general public to make a decision.

The stages in which the decision is made:-
1- Phase of non- determination
2- Decision making stage
3- Decision- taking stage
4  Phase evaluation decision.

1- Phase of non- determination
It means the presence of an undesirable situation that leads to a state of imbalance or the presence of some factors or negative effects that lead to a difference between reality and expected or a deviation from the specific goal.

2- Decision making stage
The process by which to search for the most  appropriate solutions to the problem or what is intended to make a decision on it through the differentiation and localisations between a number of many options.

3- Decision- taking stage
Method for taking the decision:-
1- Experience
The decision is made based on previous experience.
2- Logic
Make the right decision based on logic, evidence and factors between the cause and the results.
3- Intuition
The decision is made based on anticipation and perception of what will happen and unexpected expectation.

4- Phase evaluation stage
It is a process by which the effectiveness of the decision is known.
