Dietary problems

Dietary problems:-
Healthy nutrition plays an important role in prevention of disease, especially those associated with nutrition. Malnutrition is often the result of a lack of one or more of the necessary nutrients in the food intake, while continuing to eat the same , in addition to the lack diversification in the food.


Diseases caused by a lack of nutrition:-
1- Thinness
2- Iron anemia

- Thinness:-
Thinness means that it is a case of malnutrition, so there is a lack of weight below the required average, either from insufficient nutrition or the body does not absorb the food completely.

The reasons for Thinness:-
- Diabetes
- Lack of sleep
- Anorexia
- Heavy workouts

Kinds of thinness:-
- The thinnest of health people.
- Pathological thinnest.

- Pathological thinnest:-

It caused by poor nutrition or lack caloric needed by the body or the thinnest caused by some diseases such as sugar




The thinnest of health people:-
And this type of thinness is not exposed
when the body does its job perfectly, so it is the thinnest one that is more harmful than it.




2- Iron anemia:-
It is a a condition in which the concentration or the amount of hemoglobin in the blood is less than the normal level as a result of deficiency of a nutrients which is iron.

Diseases caused by an increase in nutrition:-
1- Obesity
2- Cholesterol

- Cholesterol
It is an analogous subject white ,odorless and found in all cells of the body .

Source of Cholesterol:-
The first source: ( It is from the human body itself and is made by the liver 70%).
The second source: ( eggs- red meat - milk - 30%).

- Obesity
Exceed body weight more than 20%

Obesity causes:-
1- Genetic reasons
2- Excessive intake
3- Wrong food habits
4- Psychological state
5- Obesity associated with treatment

Prevention of obesity:-
1- Do the appropriate exercises.
2- Eat some fruits and a lot of vegetables.
3- Drink a lot water.
4- Eat food with less sugar.
