Psychological health 
It has become difficult to define the line between what is psychological and what is my body because the body is a mediator between external environmental factors and the individual psychological and mental entity there is no soul without a body as there is no body without a soul.
Agitation:-
The link between the psychological side and the physical side are passions and stressful situation.

Emotions appears in:-
- Fear
- Anger
- Horror
-Depression
- Insomnia

Harmful agitation
- Acute agitation
- Frequent agitation
- Agitation accompanied by external repel .
- Quick shock.


To reduce stress and control them:-
- Practice relaxation
- Avoid physical exertion as possible
- Do regular exercise
- Take control of your life
- Take a break when you need
- Get some sleep.
