Types of dialogue

There are various types of dialogue, and they are classified according to the type of issue discussed by the parties, and they are as follows:


Religious dialogue: It is a dialogue between a group of parties who differ in the religion they embrace, and it discusses the teachings of different religions.

 National dialogue: It is a dialogue based on discussing national issues through public institutions interested in this type of dialogue. 

Political dialogue: It is of great importance at the level of the whole world as it results in concluding various peace agreements and treaties between countries, in which issues and problems of borders are discussed.

Social Dialogue: Social dialogues are held in governmental and non-governmental institutions, in which social issues are discussed.

 Economic Dialogue: This type of dialogue takes place through television interviews, economic forums, or by holding economic conferences, in which experts and specialists discuss all economic visions.

 Educational dialogue: It is a dialogue established by educational institutions with the persons concerned with it, such as thinkers, and educational researchers through educational conferences, with the aim of spreading the correct educational ideas.

Security dialogue: Security dialogues are held in security institutions, to discuss important security issues, such as drug issues, crimes, fires, traffic accidents, and many more, by holding conferences and conducting security research.

 Sports dialogue: Such dialogues are held through exhibitions or conferences in sports clubs, and its aim is to publish any information or a new law.

Automatic dialogue: It is a spontaneous dialogue that takes place on daily occasions, in homes and telephone calls or any daily meeting between people, and such discussions do not focus on a specific topic.
